For each child that rides the bus, our school will receive valuable funding from the state. Students must be registered to ride the bus before they are permitted to ride. We depend on state funds to keep our buses running and servicing the many students who rely on the bus system to bring them to school. Our bus schedule can be found HERE. For quick and easy online registration, click HERE. We had a great day catching up with our classmates and welcoming two new students to our class family. We are excited to be adding two new things to our daily routine. The first new thing we will be adding is daily "on your own" reading time. Students are welcome to bring in a blanket or towel to store in their cubby. During reading time, students will spread out their blanket or towel and relax with a good book! To start, we will be reading by ourselves for just a few minutes, but we will work our way up to 15 minutes of daily independent reading. The second new thing will be a change in the computer program used during centers. We will be using MobyMax. This program provides individualized instruction targeted at each students needs. You may use this program at home as well. The website is https://www.mobymax.com/FL7250. The username and password is your child's first name all in lowercase letters. We have one final link to share with you, the link to our new Mystery Readers sign up genius. http://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090f45a4ab2ba2f94-mystery1 Wishing you well, Sara & Heidi Nutcracker Field Trip
