Class End of Year Party
We are going to celebrate our Class Family and all of the wonderful things that have happened this year on May 20th at Winthrop Park from 1:00-2:30. Families and friends welcome. We will provide popsicles We hope to see you there! Volunteers needed It is almost time to show off our portfolios. We would love to have a few volunteers come help us sort and punch holes in student work. Any time you are available during the school day is fine. Please email me if you can help with this project. As part of our last theme, Earth, we will be creating our own islands out of salt dough. If your family would be willing to make salt dough this weekend and send it in, we would really appreciate it. Please let me know if you are going to send in dough so I will know how much I need to make. Here is the recipe 1/2 cup of salt 1/2 cup of water 1 cup of flour Add the 1/2 cup of salt and 1 cup of flour to a bowl, and stir in the water adding it slowly. You may not need all of the water. You want the dough to be dry. If it gets sticky add more flour. Art Auction - We Need Basket Donations! On May 19th, SASC will be hosting an Art Showcase and Auction.
